Famed Chef Scott Conant has made his pop-up bar Sorso now permanent inside Miami Beach's Fontainebleau hotel. The infusion bar, introduced back in July, will now be a permanent fixture offering some of mixology's hottest trends and cocktails.
Sorso, which means sip in Italian, offers guest various infused cocktails through a cold drip cocktail tower. These customized drinks will also come with an array of spirits, scrubs and syrups offerings.
Along with the great cocktails, Chef Conant has devised his bar snacks and lite bites including Scarpetta Stromboli and Antipasti board with a great selection of salami and cheese.
