Spinello Projects present's 'Mere Façade'

Anthony Spinello knows how to curate a good art show, including his latest Mere Façade, at his Little River gallery.

At the opening on Wednesday, guest were asked to sign a disclaimer before entry due to artist Tom Scicluna, Area, a collection of railroad track debris, spread through the gallery. It was a fun way to go through the gallery to see other works by Agustina Woodgate, Justin H. Long and Antonia Wright.

We had many favorites including Oliver Sanchez's My Mermaid Has Legs, Justin Long's Endless Horizon and Eddie Arroyo's 174 NW 23rd Ave piece, with a an interesting quote by Nina Johnson on the back of the painting.

Guest included: PAMM's Adrienne Chadwick, artist Michael Loveland, Current Miami's Aaron Glickman, art collector Kathryn Mikesell, artist Bhakti Baxter, Miami-Dade Culture Affair's Amanda Sanfilippo, 305 Creative's Kerry McClaney, Art historian and critic Tami Katz-Frieman, designer Glenn Miller, Soul of Miami's Annette Peikert and James Echols, Pocket of Lollipops' Maitejosune Urrechaga (Pinky), and Min Thometz.
