The annual iHeart Radio Jingle Ball 2016 tour rolled into town in support of its Miami station Y100. The tour has been in Chicago, Tampa, Atlanta, NYC and others with the lineup pretty much the same with a few exceptions to certain markets. The South Florida version included Alessia Cara, Charlie Puth, Diplo, Fifth Harmony, Hailee Steinfeld, Grammy nominee Lukas Graham, The Chainsmokers, Nicky Jam, and Tove Lo. Scheduled Meghan Trainor was a no show.
The night did have some great performance by opener Hailee Steinfeld, Fifth Harmony's possible last performance with Camila Cabello, who also sang a solo with the help of Machine Gun Kelly. Backstage all the talk was the canoodling of Charlie Puth and Bella Thorne, who stole the gossip talk and well the whole concert coverage in general. Other great performances that we like were Tove Lo and Lukas Graham, that seems to be headed to major stardom. Nicky Jam, despite having some great party hits, his performance wasn't on point.
