James Beard Foundation Award-winning chef and local darling Michelle Bernstein created a themed menu in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month including many flavorful Latin dishes.
Menu, paired with Coca-Cola, Coke Zero, Diet Coke or Coca-Cola Life, included tuna tostada, crispy leeks, lime, soy and chilies for the first course. Following course was a delicious tamale in banana leaves, frijoles and pulled chicken mole. For dessert a flan topped with stewed figs, homemade whip cream and crispy rice sprinkles.
Guest included Coca-Cola's Melina Baetti, Hip Latina's Gina Tinoco, Chat Chow's Gio Gutierrez, and DiME Media's Angela Ruiz.
